Frequently Asked Questions

Are all products genuine?

Yes everything you see is genuine unless stated otherwise. All of the products that we stock are supplied directly by the manufacturers. Items descriptions will say what material is used.

Are any of the products used / seconds / do they have their serial numbers removed?

No. All of our products are brand new and in perfect condition. They are exactly the same as if you purchased them from a high-street shop.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay using any of the major credit or debit cards including American Express.

Do I have to sign for my order?

Yes, a signature is required when you receive your order. We deliver your items to the address provided by you; if available you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them. If you are out, the courier may use their discretion and obtain a signature from a neighbour or any other person who agree to take delivery on your behalf or they will leave a calling card for you to arrange a more suitable delivery time.

Do I have to pay to return my order?

Yes, you will need to pay to return your order. We recommend you return your item via Royal Mail Special Delivery (or other similar tracked and insured delivery service). This way you have proof of postage and your item can be insured during transit. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items returned that are damaged or lost in shipment.
